Welcome to Catitude Coach Discovery Session! A Discovery Session is 15-minute informal chat to understand your cat's behavioural history and challenges to explore potential options. Why is it free? I believe in providing initial guidance without any financial commitment. It's a chance for you to see how my approach can benefit your cat. Also, to maintain high practice standards, I will be able to assess if I will ACTUALLY be able to help you. During this session we will focus on understanding your needs, your lifestyle and determine if my approach aligns with your goals. After the session you will have the opportunity to decide if you'd love to proceed with further services. Benefits: 1. No Pressure: Explore our services without feeling obligated to commit. 2. Before booking a Discovery Call It is recommended that you consult with your veterinarian to rule out any underlying medical or neurological conditions that could be contributing to your cat’s behaviour. During the Discovery Call Setting realistic expectations and only taking cases that can be helped confidently. This is a high standard of practice in the industry, ensuring you receive the best possible care for your pet.


Cancellation Policy
By booking a service with Catitude Coach, you agree to the following terms: All consultations are delivered online. Advice and guidance are based solely on the information you provide. As I am not physically present with your cat, I cannot be held liable for any outcomes, injuries, damages, incidents, or changes in behaviour that may occur before, during, or after implementing recommendations. Clients are fully responsible for the safety, supervision, and well-being of their cat at all times. Results vary from cat to cat. Cat behaviour is influenced by history, temperament, environment, health status, and caregiver consistency. Therefore, no guarantees of specific outcomes can be offered and no refunds are provided for any reason. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows A refundable window applies when cancelling more than 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made 24 hours to 1 hour before the session incur the stated cancellation fee. Cancellations or no-shows within 1 hour of the session start time will be charged 100% of the session fee. If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Missed time cannot be extended or refunded. Payments Payment is required at the time of booking. Sessions are confirmed only once payment is received. Clients agree that fees may be automatically charged for late cancellations or no-shows based on the rules above. Client Responsibilities You agree to: • Provide accurate, complete information about your cat and environment. • Follow safety precautions and recommendations responsibly. • Consult a veterinarian when medical issues, pain, or PICA are suspected. • Ensure all household members participate consistently to support behaviour progress. Recording & Materials Session recordings are not permitted unless approved. Any plans, PDFs, or follow-up notes provided are for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or repurposed.
