We do not provide veterinary, medical, diagnostic, or emergency services.

Cat behaviour varies significantly between individual animals. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding outcomes, results, or behavioural changes.

Any examples, stories, or experiences shared are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar results.

5. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for assessing the suitability and safety of any information you choose to apply

  • Any actions taken based on our content are done at your own risk

  • Catitude Coach is not responsible for how information is interpreted or applied

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catitude Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

This applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you to Catitude Coach, or AUD $0, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Catitude Coach from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your actions or omissions relating to your cat or any third party

Due to the nature of digital products:
